Incredible. The tweeting of the birds (singing) parts normally covered by the violins, but here by the sopranino, actually sounded like birds! Amazing. Maybe is was always intended for recorders/blockflöten.

The smallest flute is the Garklein, the second smallest is the sopranino.

And to my untrained ear, it sounds much more nature-like than the violins. Like you're actually outside on a spring day just getting blitzed from all sides with birds chirping, bugs buzzing, and little invisible squirrels and chipmunks scurrying.

Spätestens mit dieser Darbietung hat das Arrangement und das BBO gezeigt, wie man mit Blockflöten ein Streichkonzert in den Schatten stellen kann. Ab jetzt fällt es mir schwer, das Stück von Vivaldi in seiner ursprünglichen Fassung zu genießen, weil das Holzblasinstrument hier eine Qualität an den Tag legt, die seinesgleichen sucht. Frühling - mit Recorder absolut authentisch und traumhaft schön! 😍

Die Flöte ist das beste Einstiegsinsteument für die 1. Klasse. Was jeder Schüler dann daraus macht, obliegt dem Talent eines jeden einzelnen. Wunderbar das Flötenkonzert. Sanftes Blasinstrument, das dem Ohr immer gut tut

Outstanding performance. For me, the most striking thing is the sound of those massed contrabass recorders, especially when you're used to hearing the much more common high-pitched altos and sopranos.

Auf der Website des Orchesters las ich, dass die Spieler/-innen "ambitionierte Amateure" sind. Da staune ich aber, denn die Dame am Sopranino/Solo Sporan spielt auf einem Niveau, dass man nur ehrfürchtig staunen kann! BRAVO!

In my opinion, this is much better than the violins; the howling of the wind and the twitting of the birds sound much clearer with these recorders.

The change was planned. Both flutes belong to the piccolo player, but it was faster to get the instrument handed over.

Das ist Kunst in der höchsten Form und Vollendung. Der absolute Wahnsinn, Mega Mega genial. Die gute Frage ist jetzt, ob das auch auf der Trompete machbar ist. Das Tempo ist atemberaubend. Ich denke, es ist unmöglich. Was für eine großartige Künstlerin. 🤩👏👏👏👏❤️

A flauta doce é o instrumento musical mais menosprezado que existe, tido como um beinquedo ao qual danos aos filhos e sobrinhos. Fiquei maravilhado em ver o quanto a flauta doce é um instrumento lindo.
