i don't believe in that, even world strongest man some are above 40 and reach their prime above 40. here's the trick if you train basic level at the age of 20 and fight till 30. but after 30 if you work like a pro, go to the gym work out on your strength and build muscle, train for speed and fighting seriously you will reach your prime after 30. Because now your stronger, this is proven by the fact you can pickup more weight, your faster, you have better fighting skills, and you win.

Like he said you gotta be hungry, don't lose that fire and fuel it further and you can keep going and still be in your prime but when you lose the fire it is game over. You gonna need to dry yourself (fix your mindset), gather the wood (rebuild your environment & align them to your mindset) and restart the fire (train your mindset and environment until it is razor sharp focused). Now do they have the resources to do that, many fighters can't afford that unless they can commit 110% to it. A lot of the times you can't stop the show and you gotta keep food on the table for you and your whole team. sometimes a whole 180 is achieved in a short span of time and those are amazing. I love seeing those but it usually something external happened and changed their mindset.
