Is it mandatory that a RTI application / 1st appeal / 2 nd appeal should be sent with Ack Due card ? What if "ack due" card is not attached ? As Regd Post is always delivered to the addressee under acknowledgement, can a presumption be drawn that the registered post is delivered to the addressee in the usual course ? What are the consequences of not attaching the " ack card " ?
