We're enjoying your videos from our home in Taiwan! We've actually bred Adansoni before. According to our notes, they lay clutches of about 12-15 eggs. It takes about 10 days for the eggs to hatch, and then another 10 days for them to leave the nest. We kept the individual spiders in tiny plastic condiment cups. They're so small we had to feed them grain mites (Acarus siro) that we trapped using cereal as bait. Once they were a little bigger, we gave them flightless fruit flies (Drosophila Hydei). The next step up from that was Drain Flies (Psychodidae), then very very small crickets. Let us know if you manage to breed any!
Lovely looking new habitat! Again I have to applaud the photography - getting into the spider's perspective as it explores the new home.

@@DAI-jc5nn what is a flybird?

@@lilRadRidinHood "ハエトリぐも" This word means the spider in the video. The word "トリ" has multiple meanings in Japanese. It can mean a bird, or it can mean a predator. "ハエトリぐも" = "Hae-tori-gumo" means a spider that preys on flies, and is the Japanese name for the spider in the video.
Although I don't speak Japanese (what I assume you speak) I still enjoy your videos 🥰. I hope your little spider friend enjoys that new home :)

i would put more in there. its less about having a couple big sticks and have SEVERAL small sticks. replace that big log thing with a few spindlely sticks and small fake leaves. want it to be a BUSY environment. jumpers love to play and explore. so giving them a exciting environment is probably the more enjoyable thing for them. i used wood from outside i threw in the oven for a bit to kill bugs and fungus.

Hasarius andansoni are very common here in southern Brazil! I love them!!
I did have a jumping spider UK zebra spider with really beautiful pattern she lives 9 years ..her enclosure was insane she had predator 2 wall full of beheaded wasp exo skulls. I had around fish bowl as her home as I felt she was happier walking forward around the outside. Cool videos + 1sub here
I have rocks on the bottom of my jumping spiders enclosure and whenever he falls down i feel bad 😬 very soon I'm going to buy soil like in this video. Also i have fake flowers and my spider hides and sleeps inside the very middle of a fake rose at night and he can't climb the sides very well to the lid to make a hideout. I hope that's okay but he seems to love his bed inside the flower so maybe he doesn't need to be up on the very top.🤷
Just saw that you like so tips. I saw at the other spider KZbinr that she attaches little things to climb on via a magnet at the top of the enclosure so the spiders don't have to web too much and still have like little houses and Borks on it. Also using a bottle cap as a drinking dish in case they're more thirsty :3

i super glued sticks and fake leafs to the walls. also if you take fine grit sand paper and scuff up the ceiling and walls it makes it easier for them to walk around. also makes cleaning slightly harder because tour have to actually wipe and make scrub the enclosure but whatever.
