This is an informative interview.In our community it is mentioned that there are very few people in IAS and IRS.My daughter has passed IES(Indian Economic Service)then appeared UPSC and passed getting 93rd rank .Out of which first 75 were for IAS.She opted For IRS. and appointed as asst It commissioner then promoted as Deputy commissioner of IT.Thereafter she got scholarship of Michigan University of US and done her PHD and came back to India and now associate professor in IIM Bangaluru for the last 15 years.
