My only issue was him saying he doesn’t want to work FOR anyone. And I get what he’s saying but sounds bad for a presidential candidate. A president should appear to work for the American people.

It's the type of set up that reveals the talent that Vivek is, and the hack Bill has become. Reminds me of Howard Stern. Bill blinded by TDS.
@jasonhubbard7409 Жыл бұрын
I respect Vivek’s desire to move past the Trump years WITHOUT being dismissive of or insulting to the Trump supporters. That speaks towards his plan of unification. It’s a tough balancing act, but so far he’s managing to pull it off.

Deep down many people feel the Trump years were better than the last three with Biden. Saying Trump is an effective president is low risk especially when you need to win the conservative base.

Oh yeah try bringing up Trump in conversation like i did at a house party the other day and watch the sparks fly. Even if your an independent who doesn't wave a MAGA flag people still go nuts over him and over the people who voted for him... unless you live and exist in an ideological bubble (which goes for either side)

Your comment is dependent on people being entirely honest and forthcoming on their political views. Most are not.
@robcd7112 Жыл бұрын
Sadly that's not really true anymore because each side is using a different set of "facts". I do agree that if both sides were using the same "facts", there wouldn't be nearly as much division. That's why censorship by govt, big tech, mainstream media, etc is so important to them.

It is really unfortunate that Vivek dropped out of the race and we are stuck with two geriatrics. He is a once in a generation leader who could have united the country. Many independents and liberals would have voted for him.
