The 2 additional chapters might be volume 2? In love nikki there are new achievements under the "Journey" tab, saying "On the journey•Volume 1 Maiden level -> Complete 168 main quests at Volume 1 Maiden level 119/168 (119 are all the stages we have right now)" And then there are 33/49 side quests, as I see it, it might be another Volume, since they split chapters into Volumes now. (I might be VERY wrong though, but it's a possibility)

The second tab for levels is Volume 2, I think. The levels get organized from stages to chapters, and chapters to volumes. It's a new story and you can unlock it in Chapter 6 of Volume 1. Volume 2 hasn't come out yet but I'm guessing it will come when we reach Chapter 17 or 18.

The different books in the chapters are volumes. So what your seeing is volume 2 of our chapters. And from our acheivements seems like we'll be getting that soon.
