I just wanna know what those other blocks in the warp zone lead to did they listen and actually add new content for the game for players who played the original and add like a boss rush or a true post game we just don't know, i Refuse to believe that they would make the remake and not add anything Actually New it just wouldn't make sense imo, hopefully we find out soon if it's just the same game without anything new most people including me Will Be Very Upset For Obvious Reasons.

I think they moved the chest/shine sprite from the original pipe rooms into the new one, and I think they're behind the blocks in there

Grey Block is a chest with an FP Plus while Yellow Block is a Shine Sprite.

For anyone wondering about the dialogue with Vivian and Beldam in "that scene", I have a translation. I don't know what it will be like for other languages, but it went something like this. After Vivian introduces them as "the three sisters". Beldam: Sisters? That's not mysterious enough! And not scary enough! How many times must I tell you? Vivian: I'm sorry, Beldam. It just makes me happy to be your sister, and finally... Beldam: There is no "finally"! Your punishment will be terrible! This makes me pity poor Vivian even more than in the original English, because instead of just wanting to feel pretty and being called ugly, Vivian's attention is less self-focused, just wanting to be part of a family, but shot down for it because it doesn't uphold the mysterious, scary image Beldam wants them to have. It's really sad to see Vivian just want to show a little sisterly affection to Beldam, even though Beldam treats her horribly. I mean, keep in mind this was just after Beldam took the necklace Vivian had as punishment for something the SHE lost and falsely blamed Vivian for to save face, and still, Vivian just wants to be seen as family. I kind of detect a little Stockholm syndrome there, and that makes Beldam seem even more cruel and abusive. The English dub for the remake has made some changes I don't like, such as the catcalling removal as that was a really funny scene. The removal of Bowser calling one of his minions "tubby" was disappointing when I first heard about it, sounding like some more political correctness nonsense, but then I found out that the line is replaced with something even funnier and more clever, so I'm cool with it. If the English dub goes for this route for Vivian, I think I'll also enjoy this change a lot more than the original as well.

He's pretty much the exact opposite of a nice guy, so clearly there is no issue people have with impoliteness here, unless people would rather have him never say one mean thing in the game ever to anyone, which we know is not the case. No one wants that. The outrage of being a is obviously selective based on what's politically correct. Still, like I said, I'm cool with it, because the line they replaced it with was technically better. Just calling a Hammer Bro "tubby" and ordering to do some situps is pretty low effort dialogue. In the remake, they throw in the line "And don't stop until your hammer has abs!" Which I think we can all agree is pure gold.

Oh, is a bit of a shame because in my version they said "¿"Hermanas"? ¿Como que "hermanas"? ¡Si tu eres un chico!". Yep, Vivian true identity was not only a japanese exclusive change. But is fine, is not a big of a deal anyways. Although it does worry me, that same as the 30 FPS and the catcalling removal controversy, another topic of comments full of rage would come out after this.

​​@@JoseViktor4099 I find the 30 FPS debate to be ludicrous. 30 FPS is the exact same frame rate as every other Paper Mario game ever made. As much as people criticized the last 3 Paper Mario games, 30 FPS was not one of the subjects of criticism for any of them. The two concerns someone may have of 30 FPS are visuals (the game not looking right), and gameplay (action command timing not working properly). Well the game obviously looks great and isn't being held back by 30 FPS visually speaking, and since the game was built with 30 FPS in mind (like every other Paper Mario game out there need I remind them), the timing is going to be built with that frame rate in mind as well. It's not like they ported the game and halved the frame rate without any accommodations to how this would affect the gameplay. This is a work being done from the ground up. I think the 30 FPS whining is being done almost exclusively by Sony and Microsoft fanboys.

@@ExaltedTilemaker For experience, is because with these kind of remakes there are purist who always look with microscope everything that could be considered "inferior" to brag about it and have a reason to say that their gamecube game is superior on every comment possible. Happened with RE4 too after all. Very stupid that behaviour, dont you think? A remake work isnt to replace the original, thats a remaster work, a remake is simply to say "thats how we made this game today"

also this is likely going to be the last official iteration of the script ever since i dont see them ever doing another ttyd remake, so its a shame that its like this at least game is still great and someone who isnt as terminally online as us probably wouldnt notice a thing
