I tried this method and got tons of compliments! One time I did it and my hair was more wet so it came out way more curly, and then the next time my hair was more dry and they came out as more of a wave. Heatless hairstyles are awesome!

Whenever i do these heatless curls things i never end up with pretty and actually curly results. Instead of nice soft down strong curls, i wake up with a blob of hair with all ends sticking out and i look like freakin medusa. Idk wtf to do with my hair anymore its to thick.. and i dont want to straighten it because it'll burn my hair. I straighten my hair about only once a two weeks

I did this twice, and surprisingly it actually worked! My hair is the same length as her hair and it used to be the same color and health, but I bleached it recently to dye it cool colors so it's of course way more damaged, thinner and frizzy. Me blow drying it everyday doesn't help either, but thanks to this I might stop! See, I did this during the day time when it was totally dry and day 1 of not washing it and just added a couple Sprits of water. I lightly blow dryed it after doing this and let it cool completely, maybe an hour and a half or so, and it turned out pretty nice. My only complaint was that one side of my hair was absolutely perfect and the other side very straight and curled only at the top, but I realized that I didn't add enough water to that side so that was my fault. Anyway, if you take your time and do it right, I'm positive you'll get nice results! If you end up having my problem, you can easily put it in a pony and it'll even out nicely :)

I did this when my hair was damp almost dry... My hair is super straight and when I did this I sectioned it into two big parts like she did but then I parted it about three more times. Everyone loved it, plus by the time it started to get looser it was the end of the day. Try going with a tighter twist very what she did.

Oh my god it worked! I tried it, it was actually uncomfortable for me. It literally varies for everyone. I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache and took it out instantly. Forced myself back to sleep and the next morning everything was normal. My curls sort of came in though.

Honestly, I do this almost every night to my hair and yeah, it's super uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. It's also easier to sleep on if you put a scarf or bandana or something over your whole head after you do this because it kind of squishes everything down so it's more comfortable, plus it makes sure the headband stays in over night.

dance and pulse A good alternative if you have trouble sleeping with the lump on the back of your head is bantu knots. They sit on top of your head rather than around and you get better body and more curl from them. Same method, lightly damp, and grab a chunk of hair and twist it until it caves in on itself. Wrap it around itself and then pin in place. Repeat throughout your head. Remember: more knots equals smaller pices, which equal tighter curls. sweetie i tried this and my hair is as long as yours, if not a tad longer.. if you try it without twisting the hair before wrapping it, it makes WAY nicer curls. It gets super tricky around the end because without twisting it before wrapping you don't have as much space left, but just keep going ! Great videooo, thx for the idea ! big hug
