yes you can the line I ruled is the middle point of the pant place your tape on the Crotch and calculate what you have , now divide the number by 2 . that's your middle point Mark that on the Crotch line and also on the base

Are elastic pattern pants pattern a bit different from the usual ones??? Because in that the back pattern needs alot of work like lowering the crotch etcetc I'm a beginner in sewing so I'm really confused

Hi just wanted to ask my clients hips are 54inch and waist is 46inch and the crotch in round is 32inch i have taken how you have shown . By the calculation 32/2 is 16 + 1 inch would make it 17inch . Wouldn't that be too long crotch length? Please help
