The pixel 9 pro fold , Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche edition, Vivo X fold 3 are all definitely my favorite tough choice with that z fold 6 slim and 7 ultra coming because I love one ui so much and stylus support

I had been to honor and vivo showroom here in dubai , they are amazing hardware but i feel samsung wins in the software and general acceptability factor whoch makes a huge differnce . I will quote a particular example - Being a real estate professional my work involves sending lot of text captured from text ( yes OCR ) - take any photo with some text and try to copy only the text from it to be used to forward in any other app for eg whatsapp . This is missing in both Vivo and Honor .

You are absolutely spot on my friend. Samsung wins hands down in the software department and also this year the use of AI is very good and certain times easy to use that's my biggest gripe in both Honor and Vivo. Yes, Honor and Vivo are excellent in hardware department but they have to improve the software to challenge Samsung completely. Simple useful things like circle to search which I often use in Samsung which is missing on vivo and Honor. If they can address that then they will have all things covered

Samsung doesn't deserve to be compared to Vivo... Even the Honor V3 got smached by the X Fold 3 Pro in a recent video. Comparing the worse foldable with the best one is no surprise at all 😉 😅🤭😜

the screen is better on the vivo. The crease is less visible and gets much brighter

Hey good review. But i reallu wouldve liked to see a detailed section about multitasking and floating windows. These phones also double up as tablets and those of us who buy these phones and watch videos like this would really lile to see how the multitasking and floating windows look on each device.

what's the difference between Chinese n global version? ik the funtouch os vs origin os , but is it so different? i can spiltscreen screen on both Os so what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Not a huge diff tbh. Origin has slightly more widgets compared to funtouch but just a handful. in global both android auto and support for wear os is straightforward but in cN ROM u can too but not directly there are a few workarounds but could be done but its a faff. also ive noticed in CN ROM the battery life seems to be better than the global one

Samsung's just lucky Vivo X Fold 3 Pro isn't readily available in the U.S. market. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro just utterly crushes the Samsung Fold 6

I would say more of Lazy. They had a winner at their hands but sadly let it go. And yes, they are indeed lucky that vivo, honor, xiaomi are not available globally else eveyone would be going for them rather than samsung. Samsung has a good software if only they could give a hardware like S24 Ultra

@@Cool_Saf Samsung can get to sit on their laurels because they are not getting competition in the U.S. Market from Vivo. No competition, means Samsung can get away with doing jack. Once again, if Vivo X pro was readily available in the U.S. Samsung's foldables will get trounced.

I just feel the moment Apple enters the fold & flip game then samsung will throw everything to make the fold/flip a huge success like the galaxy S series. meanwhile others like Vivo, oppo/oneplus, honor, xiaomi have got a great chance if they launch it globally and establish themselves else it will be too late

No mate. Both are bright displays but i just felt samsung fold 6 was a tad bit brighter when viewing under direct sunlight.

Yep samsung should be embarrassed to release a device with such outdated cameras. And also embarrassed their flagship device gets absolutely destroyed by a much cheaper chinese device. and im saying this as a fold 6 owner. Ease or purchase/ returns and being able to walk into the ssmsung store 10 minutes from me with any concerns is why i buy samsung. If the same was true of the vivo, honor or xiaomi...id buy those instead

It's amazing how all these comparison videos are always against the fold from Samsung. Usually against Chinese made phones, too. There are so many reasons not to buy a Chinese made phone. Child labour is a major one, but there are many more.

@@tomvanderschilden6636 Samsung fold is not as bad as lot of people say it is. Yes, it lacks in some areas but in certain areas it excels. But again depends on person to person for some software refinement is important and for some hardware.
