To me, the most impressive thing about the X100 Pro is the camera transition and how each camera manages to maintain the color profile. This is something that the Android phones used to be lacking in comparison to the Apple iPhone cameras.

I want to see more footage, but what I'm seeing now it's something I've never seen before in a cameraphone. Not even the iPhone is capable of such smooth panning or shifting among the cameras/zoom. I would say I'm sold.... but I need more reviews for confirmation.

King of smartphone photography!! Im using S23 Ultra and i think my S23 Ultra's camera is amazing and im very happy with it.. but i think, judging from the night pictures taken with the 100 Pro in this video, i can tell, the results were brilliant. Definitely the best night time performance coming from a smartphone.. Vivo with Zeiss continuosly reign supreme in the camera department.

i have x90 pro+ and had s23 ultra, x90 pro+ is already 2 gen ahead of samsung, even on zoom where you can zoom at any range and in low light too unlike samsung that looks like crap between optical ranges

Brought X100 Pro for 2 weeks, all I can say it is the best of the best mobile phone for photo/video in the market now. I seldom use my Sony mirror-less camera now and there is no need to do any post-editing in Lightroom too. Photo quality & Video quality is really superb and the new Samsung S24 Ultra is not even comparable to it. I didn't use my iPhone to take photo anymore now.

If it had 4k on the selfie cam it would've been a complete package. Hoping the pro plus model would have that feature. Truly amazing what vivo has achieved over the past couple years. Definitely one of the best flagship phones if not the best right now. That telephoto lens is mind blowing!

You do take a hit on few things though, like inferior finger print reader, dimensity 9300 seems to be throttling a lot unlike sg8g2 ,fewer bands etc. Camera wise it's not that much of an upgrade and who knows, maybe x90pp gets smooth transition between lenses as it will get origin os4/android 14.

Video stability is outrageous, even in full zoom it keeps recording cleaner as some phones on their main lens :'D also the switching between lenses looking really good. Might ditch my plan going for the S24ultra and buy this beauty if the Mediatek CPU can hold on to the SD Gen3 in terms of Performance per Watt, AI features and not getting hot too quick.

If the Honor Magic 6 Pro will not put the similar performance as like Vivo X100 Pro, I'm gonna be pissed of at them and gonna go with Vivo X100 Pro+, just because I am saving my money for it and had eye on Magic 5 Pro all this time, but hand't that money for now. So, saving up for next series of Magic 6 Pro! Hope they will gonna deliver the better performance, to be in competition from the flagship beasts in next year. I'm so hyped up!

the quick video from the X100 Pro in this video is recorded in 4K or FHD? if 4K, then it is huge plus to have all camera recording at the same time with 4K. bitrate must be very high in the output video. let see how vivo put the pricing here in malaysia. hopefully can be same as X90 Pro during launch. jangan mahal2 sangat macam sony plis

Last year's Vivo X90 Series have really impressed me, especially the night shots. Now, the X100 series are showing some improvements. But, there is still no 4k selfie video, that's a letdown. The smartphones companies like Oppo & OnePlus with partnership Hasselblad, Xiaomi with Leica and Vivo with Zeiss have shown their camera hardware supremacy. But their software is kinda a hit or miss. Hope they all improve as time goes by.

are you a vlogger or why do you care? i have x90 pro+ and had s23 ultra, the selfie camera is much better on vivo, it has a wider field of view and better low light performance which makes the face unlock working much better than samsung too, samsung's selfie cam is so narrow is useless at 4k

@@adyady3099 I'm not a vlogger and I do care. In my personal preference, The Vivo X90 Pro+ outperforms the S23 Ultra in the main cam both in daytime and night time shots. The ultrawide cam was a kind of a draw between the two. The S23 won in zoom, but Vivo is not far behind. Portraits, it's a draw. Both phones take stunning portrait shots. Vivo X90 Pro+ Zeiss Color tuning and background blur effects are great. The selfie cam for me, the S23 Ultra takes the win. Video recording from the main cam, draws in 4k recording but S23 Ultra takes the win in 8k recording. Ultrawide camera, the S23 Ultra output slightly better video. And periscope telephoto video recording, Vivo X90 Pro+ 3.5x zoom cam takes the win, but it only 90 mm. The digital zoomed 10x video is decent but it didn't match the quality of the S23 Ultra. The selfie cam video on the S23 Ultra is better in my opinion. Yes, it has a narrow fov I would prefer the 3x telephoto cam of the S23 Ultra instead of the 2x zoom cam of the Vivo. I also like the 3.5x, 90mm periscope telephoto the sensor size is bigger and takes great photos especially portraits. The face unlock is not that secure compared to a fingerprint, unless it is like an iPhone or Huawei 3D face scanning. Both phones have Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor which is the best.

2:40 The problem here is not algorithm, the same problem I got in this video, I just figured out that my play back speed is 1.5x. when I changed video playback to normal 1x speed there is no lag in samples.
