Hey i just discovered your youtube channel and i love the content! I had a quick question i will be grading a big portion of my collection for the first time, and i was wondering the following: I have a quite a few promo cards that are sealed (just like the Pikachu with grey felt hat). Do i need to remove the cards from the packaging (plastic) and sleeve them up before i send them to PSA?

you can get them graded sealed aswell just depends wich you like more. if u like it graded outside the packaging u can take it out if not send it sealed
