One time my school teacher gave us an assignment that was 3 person work and he gave us 3 months to finish it, and he literally said that you can't finish it in one night....jokes on him I did it in 5 hours at the very last day! I sat until 3 am, I made it all ALONE, I made 50+ pages of presentation on the topic that has literally no information, it was fully interactive and with pictures. He didn't even check it but he gave my group a high score. It's still the proudest moment from my school years to this day.

12:50 ok, so i was going to a homecoming this year, and my friends were all meeting up for pictures at 4:00, but my mom had to leave and pick up my older brother from the train station (he was visiting his friend), and my mom said she would be home at about 3:30 and she told me to get ready without her. I was in my room at about 3:45 have these EXACT thoughts going through my head, when my ipad lit up with a text that read, ‘OH MY GOSH ARE YOU OKAY??’ (My ipad has the same apple id as my moms and i get all of her texts) so i read through all of her conversations with her bff and apparently she flipped on one of the highways to get home. So this whole time i was like stressing out and i couldnt fine the bra to my strapless dress (its about 4:15 now) so instead i wear my moms vow renewal dress and my bff came over and got ready with me. We went to the dance, people sang happy birthday to me (even tho it wasnt my bday) to embarrass me ( i have amazing friends) and it was awesome. My family is safe but the exact thoughts in the tik tok were running through my head at the time. So yah. Stay safe on the roads people.

I tried my best to not be offended lol

Good god that guy talking about the difference between 'friends' and 'best friends' was just STRAIGHT TRUTH. Also, yes someone who understands the 'my parent hasn't contacted me in over six hours, something must've happened' thing! My dad doesn't understand this, and neither did my brother when he lived with us. I ALWAYS need to know where they are and what they're doing because after losing my mother in a car crash while she was headed to work, I can't handle the thought of losing either of them while they're out and me having to find out about it when the cops show up at my door. I even usually go WITH my dad out on pointless car drives, like when he goes to pick up cigarettes, and I ALWAYS go with him to the store, and we work at the exact same place, so I go with him to work as well. I have this mentality that if I'm in the car WITH him, he won't die like my mother did, and if he DOES, then he's NOT ALONE like she was.

They came home like 6 hours later and my dad asked me if I wasn't wondering where they are. I told him I was. Then he asked me why I didn't call and asked them. My answer? "I wasn't sure if you weren't taken by some secret agency and if you were, I didn't want them to know they forgot me. Self protection first."🙂😂
