The dialog option helps a little. As does the tru sound feature. You have to play around with some of the settings.

The remote, LOL! You should have seen me trying to pry open the new triangle shaped remote I had to get for the Nvidia Shield downstairs. All I want for the bedroom TV is better sound. I’ve had good luck for 7 years with the Vizio SB3621 but I’d like a little better frequency response, ARC, and the features you told us about. It was like you were talking to me on this one, we want the exact same stuff. Thanks!

Great review. Like you, I had a hell of a time with my arthritic hands opening the remote to install the batteries.

Ive watched a ton of reviews on this, and finally a regular guy, who posted the best review on the vizio 2in 1...know a person who has vizio tv, and eaz looking for a soundbar...the pairing beins its a vizio soundbar should be top notch....great review by ya, DA..not gonna hold it gainzt ya, cause ur a beantown sports fan...go eagles/ phillies, etc...ya posted a great review..peace

I just brought mine today for 128.00 plus tax 138.00 total! I connected mine using Bluetooth to my tv! It is great sounding!

HDMI splitters is a lifesaver. I’ve got three HDMI ports two of my ports are connected to a splitter while the Arc port is connected to this soundbar.

Thanks so very much, the main matter in wanting this system from reading the reviews for C.R. was if it was easy to control from the T.V. clicker and this has made me feel good about ordering one. Will let ya know just how easy it was from be being an old fart and slow learner.

I am trying to figure out which one to buy as well. I went to best buy today and the guy told me this Vizio V-series 2.1 or the Samsung HW-Q600B 3.1.2ch Soundbar are the best for the price. I listened to many of them in the store today. Vizio, Sonos, and that Samsung one he pointed out sound the best. I am still looking examples of the Vizio "all-in-one" bar. I could not find it in any stores other than walmart. I would like to test it.

I purchased a Vizio tv earlier this week and the opening the remote was a nightmare. They seal all the remotes tight tot he point where you have to break it.

Cool sound bar but the price is high I got me a cheap Philips Soundbar with subwoofer for $79.99 I'm in a budget and still sounds good.

Ok I believe I just bought the same vizio 2.1 Dolby atmos soundbar you did from BB. I brought a open box in excellent condition. But for life of me can't get any sound out of the subwoofer. It's powered on but no sound. It's hooked up to tv Earc by hiding. It says to test if subwoofer is hooked up press power button on sound bar for 5 seconds. It ces back and says can't find subwoofer. Might be taking this back if I can't figure it out.

With what all you gain by hdmi arc is worth loosing two hdmi connections, that is why tv’s have that special return capable hdmi port I don’t think you know much about it if you are complaining because you need it to use one of the hdmi and you didn’t there are other options witch I would not pick instead of arc hdmi. Yoy should probablydo some reviews on sport teams or something not electronics ;-) with respect 🙏🏻

Sometimes I have a light on kind of dim for a while but eventually I think it shuts off
