@@VENG-k1d I agree. Cour 1 had; Yama's fight, Chojiro, Ichigo vs Yhwach, Kenpachi vs Unohana, Everythin but the Rain, and The Blade is Me. They brought in talent to make fights like Yama vs Yhwach movie level and we got multiple episodes dedicated to backstory and identities of the characters. I found that very compelling.
