I got a even better tip, you can continue running but do the rhythm shooting reversed (instead of flicking down and up, flick it up and down). Then it does not become a stepback

Rhythm shooting doesn't actually have a pure green window. It's still way better than shooting with square but it's nothing close to what we had in 2K24. 2K Labs did a test on it.

Man that help defense slider is gonna be a big deal for me.. I always assumed that having "cutting help" "driving help" and "screen help" off = no help at all.. but the game continuously keeps doing random doubles out of nowhere in CRUCIAL moments and fucks me over.. for YEARS now.. I didnt know this was an option. I lost to so many people that I am better than from the cpu helping for no reason.
