Its just someone with a phone(phones now a days like the Iphone 15 and Galaxy s24 Ultra have cameras good enough for movies), and he wears a hidden mic. Its not hard at all to stand back amongst the crowd and film without anyone noticing. Lmao I could film you at the gym for 45 minutes and you'd have no idea. Its easy and not surprising at all that they dont see the person with the phone cleaning. Not to mention, the reason his videos dont come off as pranks, is because hes actually lifting these crazy weights that the people were just lifting. So they know its real weight, and when you see such a small guy do it, youre too busy having your mind blown to think its a prank or look aroudn the gym for a camera.
