Video idea: you go with a personal trainer with massive muscles. Have the trainer start you on massive weights that no one else will believe you can lift. Pretend like it is too heavy and use wrong form. See if other people will step in to protect you. If they do, say you trust your trainer. Then lift the crap out of it!
