Keep praying for preachers because they need the prayers to strengthen them spiritually. The enemy uses different avenues to attack and the only ones that can say "No" in the face of adversity will stand (temptation and storms). The enemy will always expose all hidden sins and waits for the right opportunity. The BODY of Christ is one and we should not be pleased with one believer falling or yielding to sin. We must stand and ask God to intervene in their lives, so that they do not depart from God. Also pray against suicidal spirits for the believer going through storms and the person affected by the outcome of the sin There is no one God cannot heal. Stop the accusation and lift up the name of Christ. Those believers that will not desist from doing evil or committing sin after talking to them with elders should be handed over to God. Keep praying. If the sin involves destruction of lives, then report and ensure the elders are involved.

This happened to our church many years ago. My heart went out with him, I felt sorry for him. He was so popular, very caring, very prayerful; besides preaching, his schedule for the week was full -doing home Bible studies & loved by all. One day he fell into temptation. He said goodbye to the congregation & everyone was sad & the women were crying. My heart went out to the poor wife but she stood by him. As for me, I was devastated & so sad, but I had zero feeling of blaming him & instead I remember all the good things he did. He was instrumental in my transformation, growing in the grace & knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. How do you remember a person, by one sin he committed or the many, many good things he did?

A very valuable sermon. Many belivers go behind the leaders forgetting that we are all humans which is very much seen in Asia. It's not behind God they go but the celebrity Pastors. Bible shows throughout old testament how greatest servants of God can fall. It is about getting up back and helping one another. Pray for your local ministries, for your pastors.

No person is perfect, even the greatest pastors or teachers may also fall into sin. All fall short of the glory of God. But instead of too much criticizing and talking down onto them, we must pray for them instead. I believe that even though we sinned, God is so gracious. Yes, He doesn't tolerate sin, that is why He lets His children like us be disciplined. But He is waiting for the return of His servants who walked away from Him. As long as we are still alive, there is still hope.

Pastor Vlad. Thank you for speaking on this subject. We need to remember to keep our focus on Jesus, not on any man no matter how righteous he appears, no matter the hundreds he shepherds . As the song goes, " keep your eyes on Jesus when the tidal waves of trouble round you roll." We were born in sin and shape in iniquity. We should not allow our world to "rock" when we see these failures, nor should we stop worshiping or going to church because of the failure of these pastors....that's just what the enemy Satan wants.
@JustKJ1094 ай бұрын
That used to be the preachers theme. Fix our eyes on Jesus .Peter walked on water cause his eyes were on the Lord.. why preachers stopped saying that? Gods grace is amazing. We need to return to the fountains .

Everything this Pastor said is the truth! I was in a cult like church for 13 years. I was coerced, made to feel guilty if l didn’t have money towards pastors anniversary, church anniversary, etc. l was a faithful tither yet was a struggling single mom. When l fell into financial hardship l couldn’t get any assistance from the church yet there was miracle healings and demons being cast out right before my eyes……… l finally got the courage to break away from that place. I haven’t been a member of a church in 10 years. I’m petrified of going into a church. I love the Lord and I’m trying my best to live right. I know l shouldn’t forsake the assembly of the saints. However l can’t go back in unless the Holy Spirit leads me. So many things happened that l can’t even speak about.

Ya in the late 80s. But we not supposed to go to church for big names. If there names were made to look bigger than Jesus for shure they would be brought down. Hey guys my name is Forest, 24. I need prayer warriors! My beautiful girlfriend of almost 3 years, ended our relationship because we both needed to heal and grow on our own she said. She now lives about 8 hours away. More of right person, wrong time. Her name is Makayla, 22. She told me that she hopes that she finds her way back to me, but she’s going to give it to God which I agree and if it’s meant to be, it will happen again and I have been praying to God continuously crying out to him that he protects her, heals her, and prepares her, that one day our paths align again when the timing is right and that we get back together and glorify him and give him all the praise and honor for reuniting us. Losing her brought me way closer to God. I now know and have Gods love. Will you all pray for our relationship, please and thank you?

Perhaps not enough other ministries are reaching out to these masses. 1 Peter 4:17 "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?"

Thank you for your message. I have been, for years feeling guilty about forgiveness, even this week as on many other days I talk to my Lord and ask Him why I feel that I forgive all that I have gone through with lots of people but I can not go back to them. I forced myself to have a relationship with any of them but every single time I did, they did something that reminded me of that pain over and over until I decided to cut any connection with them. I thought that it might be because I have not really forgiven them. I pray every single day for the salvation of their soul but I feel scared to try to have any type of relationship with them. The bad thing is, that I noticed that lately when I get hurt I don't allow being hurt again by anyone, and that has caused me to have no trust. This message has brought some understanding to my insecurity.
