It always works how I fast. I tell my husband that I will be fasting and we agree on what specific day should that be. I do not eat or drink anything for 24 hours. I start at 6 PM and finish at 6 PM. I wash my face to wake me up everytime I feel drowsy. While I am awake, I let the wickedness go away from me. I go to the grocery store and buy food. Then I go through the city and give that food to the ones in need. When I get home, I pray and sing for hours, while cooking. While fasting, I wear a head covering at all times. Imagine that I cook and I do not taste what I am cooking. When 6 PM comes, I wait for my husband with food on the table. I pray that my fast is received and then I eat with my husband.

I've done a lot of three-day fasts in my life. Water, only. Those hunger (for food) pangs usually go away for me about 30-36 hours in. Only hunger pangs for God are experienced. And 💯 you have to start out eating very, VERY slowly after the fast or you will definitely make yourself sick to your stomach. I also usually have a high amount of anxiety upon eating too much too early after a fast. it's like my body is like "oh man. I don't know what to do with all this energy." 😂 I end a fast by praying and thanking God for the food and then I eat a can of soup, four hours later, I'll eat a grilled cheese and more soup. about 4 hours after that I can eat about half as much as I normally do for dinner. I wake up the following day with my normal appetite for food back. I will definitely say it is a great detox. Not to be graphic but when I have to go number 1 during a fast, it is usually almost completely clear or a very pale yellow. This tells me that my billirubin levels are extremely low, which is generally a good thing. I'm not a doctor either so everyone's experiences fasting vary. Anyway, thanks so much for this upload, Brother Vlad! great information on fasting for a closer connection with Christ. After I've finished my 24 hour fasting, as soon as I tried my food after that entire day, I felt like I was going to cry. I was shaking. I remember I was about to give up but I asked god for help and I rested on my bed, read my bible and told myself to relax and don't let it get to me. Eventually I decided to go out and I felt the energy back in my body all over again ~ And by the time my fast was coming to an end, I was so happy. I'll keep fasting but maybe do a 18 hour one ~

That’s actually normal. Same thing happened to me last year after a prolonged fast. Your body after such fast is very protein depleted and it specifically targets the hair because hair isn’t as important as muscles or other protein-organs, so your body is very intelligent and it targets things that are not deterimental to your life. So eat protein rich foods. Animal organs are great

It's a little more complex than that. If your hair is falling out, it is shining a light on a previously present issue in your body. It is common because deficiencies and toxins are common, but could also be a symptom of heavy metal build up, thyroid issues, vit. deficiencies, etc. The Dr. Pelz video of hair loss explains very clearly.

It’s Jan 22, 2024 and I am starting my 21 day fast. My church started the fast the start of this year. My heart was not in it although, I have done it in the past. I have started but I had to break after 2 days bec my son did not want to eat the food I bought for him. It was already late for me to give it away because I've already opened it for him. The only option is to throw it but I don't have the heart to do that so I was forced to eat it. Food is a blessing from the Lord so it's not right to throw it. I'm glad I've came upon this as I wasn't able to tell my adult son that I was Fasting. Now, I know that I need to inform the people with me. I will re-start my Fasting on the 15th for 21 days. My church is focusing on fasting/prayer this month too, and they didn't know about Vlad. I think the Holy Spirit is moving believers to do this. Maybe there's something bad that may or could happen and our prayers can either stop or minimize it.

My first time in prayer and fasting, I have purposed to go for 21 days , it's a liquid fasting but I find it difficult that I 😢 get to eat something small during dinner time. On the 3rd day today.Hopefully the holy spirit takes me through.

I do a partial fast, but I call it a partial fast because I would do a fast no food only water, when needed and I do it either from 5am till 11am or noon (and I will do it for a few days) partial because of the hours no food, only water, and of course, prayer and reading of the word, I don’t do anything else, no tv, no social media! To God be the Glory, he helps me of course, I can’t do this on my own, pray for him to lead you!
