The high holy sabbath days that don't necessarily run on the seventh day sabbath. Like passover, for instance.Yeshua fulfilled the passover with His sacrifice. Now, the passover is a high holy sabbath day to the Lord. The passover runs on Nissan 14 on the Jewish calendar. The feast of weeks, Pentecost, feast of tabernacles etc. are all festivals. Yeshua also fulfilled the spring feast of the Lord, He has yet to fulfill the fall feast with His second coming. These feast days or high holy sabbath days always pointed to yeshua or a "shadow of things to come". Paul says, don't let anyone judge you regarding them because they point to yeshua. Paul never says to not keep these feast days but instead says not to let anyone judge you regarding them. By the way the catholic church also changed these beautiful and prophetic days and replaced them with pagan ones such as Easter and Christmas, which no true Bible believer should keep. Like let no one pass judgement on questions of 1)Foods & drinks (like which are acceptable or not) 2) regards to festivals (for example if I don't keep Christmas doesn't make me any less of a Christian, I believe the Lord should be honored all day every day not just a single day) 3)New moons and Sabbath (Rest has been found in Christ already. The law which required us to rest as God rested was already nailed with Jesus saying it is finished. I’ve had many try to convert me. I finally checked for a podcast about them and I found two one was people who had left the faith that faith some of them became atheist and some even killed themselves. Another one was by Pastor Billy. He really said that most of their desire is just to sell books where the watchtower I discovered they don’t appreciate higher education and they don’t want people to get Social Security, which makes it very hard when they’re old and Jehovah’s Witness has kicked them out of Bethel Would not be a Jehovah’s Witness if they paid me $1 million my soul is worth much more than that

My question is: How does a Christian answer to Jehovah's Witnesses' arguments that Jesus is not God, because he could not pray to himself in the garden of Gethsemane, and the scripture " Father, if it be thy will remove this cup from me." ( paraphrased) I believe in the Trinity, but this is confusing to me. They say that Jesus cannot be God ( although they are in agreement in purpose, thought, deed, etc.) Because by Jesus praying to the Father, and being in obedience to Him, this shows that Jesus is mighty, but God is Almighty.

There's many verses in Scripture that attest to the divinity of Christ. When the Jews were questioning who Jesus was in John chapter 8 and He said, "before Abraham was, I AM" and they picked up stones to stone him, they knew He was claiming to be God. We are not supposed to worship anyone but God, because God will not share His glory with another. Yet, Jesus was worshipped by His followers and He never discouraged it. Angels, on the other hand, always discouraged worshipping them, because they are not God. There's many other verses, of course.

It's Simple no one who doesn't believe in Jesus isn't a Christian, Christians are followers of Christ anyone who doesn't believe that Jesus is saviour cannot be called a Christians other denominations may have different beliefs but they are all Christians because they believe that Jesus is their Lord and Savior but in Jehovah witness case they don't believe Jesus is Our Savior but the Father and teach the Gospel of works. Christians are also called the anointed ones or Christ ones because we receive the same anointing of the Holy Spirit Jesus did when we accept him as our Lord and Savior. Them not believing in Jesus means they have no Holy Spirit further confirming that they are not Christians. These were the main things persons in the 1st Century saw and started calling believers Christians because they were followers of Christ and was annointed as him.

@@elizabethyoung4900 No they Believe Jesus was created and he is a god but Not God as the Father but more like the Archangel Michael. They don't believe Jesus is needed for Salvation but that you just need to accept the father. They say Jesus is basically preaching for us to accept the father not himself.

At best, a mere created being might be able to atone for the sins of a single other individual and for sure, that wouldn't be me or you. Only God Himself, by becoming one of us, could multiply that atonement to infinity and eternity. That's why Jehovah's Witnesses cannot be saved.

JW's dont believe jesus is a god, he is the son of god as it says in the bible. Beware in the last days that NO MAN decieves you. This man is trying to decieve you. The typical christian today wouldnt believe that they are in a cult or that they observe pagan holidays, but do you celebrate birthdays? Christmas? Easter (not passover)? Find any of that in the bible. Find one verse that says celebrate the birth of jesus, the birth of us, or the spring equinox (easter) or all of the traditions that are associated with themwe are not gods, there is only 1 true living god, and the bible says his name is Jehovah

Pastor Vlad has the historical aspect of Jehovah Witnesses correct. However, making a statement on another stating that JW aren't "True Christians" isn't correct at all. If you want to increase your membership then you should do so without making such a broad inaccurate statement.
