Bartender here in Alberta, Canada. In most bars here, the celery stick has been replaced by spicy hot pickled beans or a pickle depending on the amount of heat the customer requests. Caesar's are a very popular drink & requested often where I work. I've only just started bartending again after a 10 year absence from behind the bar. Love your videos. Great for learning again. Thnx

Hi Vlad, I’m from Brasil! Here is a few tips for your caipirinha! When you cut the lemon, you have to remove the white part from the center, because the flavor of the white part isn’t good for the cocktail, and smash the Lemon with sugar! Use crushed ice! I guarantee you that your cocktail will be much better!!! Try it and thanks me later! 😉

Hey Vlad, Brazilian here! Very happy with this new series, hoping for it to be amazing. Just wanted to point some minor details out, regarding the caipirinha: 1) it is important to take out the lime core, as it is more acidic than the remainder of the fruit 2) it is advised to lay the lime chunks upside down (as in, the peel facing upwards and the consumable part facing down) when mashing the lime with the sugar. In doing so, you release fewer acidic oils from the lime 3) some people in Brazil like their caipirinha the same way as James Bond likes his Martini: shaken, not stirred 4) although caipirinha is associated by tourists with Rio de Janeiro, it actually comes from Brazil's countryside. The name caipirinha means "small countryside girl", and Rio de Janeiro isn't famous for it's countryside 😂 Cheers mate! Keep up the great work!

This make a HUGE difference in the taste of the drink. hope you don't get bad my comment and continue with your awesome videos!
