--------
In this clip, John "Red" Shea opens up about the moment he discovered that the infamous gangster Whitey Bulger was, in fact, an FBI informant all along. The interview details Shea's unwavering loyalty to Bulger and Steve Flemmi, even while behind bars. Despite serving time, Shea was determined to protect them, unaware of their betrayal. His world shattered when he learned through a call home that not only was Bulger an informant, but he had also been protecting himself at Shea's expense. This revelation, Shea describes, felt like a profound betrayal that shook him to his core. The interview delves into the ensuing chaos as Kevin Weeks, another member of the gang, decided to cooperate with the authorities, leading them to uncover multiple murder victims tied to Bulger and Flemmi, underscoring Bulger’s involvement in at least 20 murders.

@@RebornRoyalty4L probably and I wouldn’t argue with that logic because many murders went unsolved in the 60’s, 70’s n 80’s. My great uncle, actually my grandfathers uncle so I guess that make him my great great uncle lol knew Bulger and made some visits from Providence to Southie and didn’t have many good things to say about him. Said he was a little odd, had an arrogance to him that made uncle Albert want to beat him to death with his bare hands…and he definitely could’ve done so! Ironic that in the end he was beaten to death, funny how life works that way 🤷🏼‍♂️

Whitey was on the run for 16 years living in Santa Monica. He was captured in 2011 because of some cats basically. He had hundreds of thousands of dollars in his walls which was crazy and guns everywhere in his condo. I lived in Los Angeles from 1997-2009 and I know exactly where the condo/apartments he lived in. That’s a retirement community basically. Whitey should of never lived there and got a house somewhere. Those old retired people have nothing to do and are nosey as hell.
