The body of work that Tupac left is the stuff of legends. At 21 he was nobody, and by 25 he left the body of work that is still leaking out. Think of the albums, the movies, the interviews, the TV shows, and the poetry, AND think of all the girls, the cases, the imprisonment, and all these other things that take up you time. Yet really look at the body of work. Absolutely legendary.

Take it a step further. If you are rapping along to the song then you are speaking into your life as well. I love Pac, but I don’t really listen to it (that type of music) anymore. I don’t want to speak that into my life. We had a whole generation of people who didn’t know shit about the hood, drugs or their homies getting murdered rapping and singing along to someone else’s trauma. Bruh, I grew up in the suburbs. What business did I have speaking that shit over myself? And that’s the secret. They push that music on us and we speak it into our lives. Now look and see people who live in the burbs trying to gang bang. Like wtf are you doing? That ain’t your life. RIP Pac.
