I always felt that P.E. & Goodie M.O.B. were the most necessary rap groups ever. I remember when Big Gipp was telling dudes to stop littering in the hood. Certain things they said consistently that many on a mainstream level didn't do. Even Pac was inconsistent. Sunz of Man from Wu Tang also had alot of necessary songs.
