The new generation of Chicago GD's have no respect or need for Larry Hoover. They hear his name from gang folklore and from their fathers/uncles and other old heads around their hoods, but he has zero influence on the present crop of GD's, even from tbe last generation 15yrs ago.. He's been holed up in ADX Florence, the most super maximum security penitentiary in the U.S since the early 2000's and been locked up for over three decades... His voice means nothing in the streets now. What you have and have had for the last 15yrs has been utter chaos, no real structure in any of these Street organizations. It's do as you like and let the chips fall where they may,.
