They are involved in drugs, prostitution, scams, not to mention kill eachother everyday 😂. You name it.. Reason why they can pretend to do good is because they have money from all that.. This is how major gangs have ALWAYS operated. Put on a front. Do SOME good in public eye but in reality they are pure poison to society, getting kids hooked on drugs, attracting kids to gangs. For instance the hells angels motorcycle club here in socal. They do a lot of good, not to be disputed but they are very dark and do farrrr more bad, but they have a front, and have most of southern California fooled.

I love yall for keeping your oaths maybe you can get folks straight in Chicago lil ones repping the red more than the black and blue over there claiming GD claiming they kill their own kin and folks for GD call us old heads and have no respect. I got a lot of respect for these men because it’s hard for men to find fellowship and healthy role models. Especially if you grow up in a poor community, you may not have the knowledge other people take for granted. I made it out of the hood by asking questions. My parents did their best but It’s hard when you’re poor and young. So I understand that the Hood may be all the love or Guidance some guys ever get.

The white dudes got down in prison. Most Folk gang members graduate to GDs when they get to prison. The ones I met were dope fiends that claimed GD. All the positivity is a front for the public and to deter the police, just like 1%er bikers do. They're still entrenched in violence and have no plans stop that. Hells Angels could change to Heavens Agenda and still be doing all the treacherous things to land them in prison. All they're doing is trying to clean up their image to be less stigmatized, while the motives remain the same.

GD started off as Supreme Gents, then Supreme Gangster, Larry and Ike Taylor joined the Disciples and became the Black Gangster Disciples. Later around 80 or 81 larry broke off from BGD, and formed GD/Growth and Development. The concept was to invite other ethnic groups which is why he dropped Black from his faction. Gangster became a thing late 80s early 90s, which is why it became known as Gangster Disciple. This is a short version of GD.
