They don’t play with money like most young rappers who see that as a means to play. The smart ones see money as a tool and it’s only used to fix and help your situation. Slim thug and Chamillionaire are great examples of guys that put that money they got into great investments and they no longer see income as something else that they have to stress about. That’s how you use money, not the Floyd Mayweather way spending a million on lottery tickets when you already have hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank.

This the importance of slow money vs. fast money. I’ve always gotten the sense that Boosie is fairly good with handling money. He funds a lot of his own projects from movies to music, he’s always talking about buying up land and he’s constantly on the road. Of course, people will say but look at all the money he spends on jewellery, cars, etc, but that could be well within his expenses. You don’t hear too many rappers say that can’t afford to blow through a million like that. Most people can’t wait to tell you how they tricked off a million in a given weekend. If you don’t know much about money, start here and take note. Saving and investing are the most important things. Don’t create a lifestyle that you can’t maintain.
