In this clip, Nick Cannon confirms prior statements made by Public Announcement in regards to R. Kelly's recording studio, saying that it's mostly quarantined rooms that he leaves you alone in for long periods of time. He even recalls Kelly referencing those methods by saying that “if artists want these hits then they're going to have to wait for it.” From there Cannon says that he wrote their hit, Gigolo, in Kelly's studio with the singer nowhere to be found
Later on, he notes the hypocrisy of muting R. Kelly but standing for the National Anthem, though conceding that he wouldn't have worked with the singer if he knew what was depicted in the documentary.

Whomever the guy interviewing Nick is, he needs to get his story straight @5:33 Nick is referring to Dominique Gardner and her Mom Michelle Kramer, not Lisa VanAllen. I don't know about any such "back story" by Dominique. Nick Cannon was talking about the part ( Surviving R.Kelly) where Michelle Kramer goes to get her daughter Dominique from a hotel where R.K had her hidden & her Mom wasn't having it ; that was my fav part of the series. There's no love like a Mother's love, nothing's gonna stop her from trying to get to her child. I was touched by that & very relieved she got her kid away from that sicko! But anywaaaayzz the interviewer here ☝ needs to recheck his notes on that part , that's all ✌💯
