Rae should be given the chance to run the Wu. Yes, RZA was the mastermind, and he's been at the head forever, but I think it's time for a change. Fans have been displeased with the last few Wu Albums, members of the group have shown that they don't share RZA's vision, etc. Rae has been the most vocal about this, and as one of the Wu members who has given us quality albums, even 25 years later, I would love to see Rae run the Wu for a while. Rae has said before in an interview that he would have loved to work with puffy and get a more cinematic sound, but RZA blocked that play. We can all appreciate RZA's dusty, off-kilter loops that he makes for his beats, but that's just RZA's sound, there are 8 other members with their own tastes that should be a part of the Wu group sound as well.

@@agentcodybanx8909 Actually white but that wasn't even my point. But your og comment comes off like you think Rae has never looked in the mirror and reflect upon himself ever. On some, the-leader-always-knows-best! shit. I'm not saying that people that point fingers are always right, either, which is really what that expression means. Trust me, every dude has that one bitch that does that shit. To be honest with you Rae seemed to be the most respectful one out the Wu. All you gotta do is think back on certain shit that went down that the rest of the clan wasn't on the same page with. Like this whole 2 million dollar album thing. Meth was super vocal about that. Pretty sure Ghost sued RZA and won, too, over royalties. Dudes never got their investment they put into wu wear that made 10s of millions of dollars. Obviously none of us were there, we can have our opinions either way but taking sides to the point of calling people out their name is turbo corny, especially considering that most people on this shit, not you, but most people, are fuckin babies. That's all I'm saying. My bad if what I said made you feel personally attacked, that wasn't my intention, your comment just looked like a bunch of signal fires to me when I read it, ultimately this is just banter on a Vlad video that won't matter in 2 days.

The system is built the way it was meant to be. We notice it’s not for us far as to help us so why stay trying to change it. See…That’s one of “y’alls” problem. It’s up to you to build your own system, not steady trying to “fix”(break) the one that’s already given. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'd have to disagree on it all sounding the same since 97. Seems to me he wanted to do different things including use more live instruments such as on the 8 Diagrams album there's guitar work from John Frusciante.
