Earthquake returned for another VladTV exclusive, where he spoke on a variety of topics. The comedian talked about snitching and prison culture before commenting on the Capitol insurrection on Jan 6. He continued by offering his thoughts on Black celebrities cosigning former President Donald Trump and engaged in a debate with DJ Vlad about Dave Chappelle getting 'The Chappelle Show' pulled from Netflix. Earthquake also spoke on Bill Cosby and R. Kelly before revealing his relationship issues. He also explained why he has not been in an interracial relationship with a White woman and said why he referred to Paul Mooney as a gay uncle.

That is why he could disappear for 12 years and return stronger than ever....he did it on HIS name!! Being a “fan” doesn’t mean you know all of the facts. 1) Dave cast Charlie Murphy. He knew him. Same with all of those other folks like Donnell Rawlings, Paul Mooney, etc. 2) He acted out the damn skits. 3) He greenlit the skit and the editing. 4) He picked Comedy Central to do this show on, so that he had some creative discretion, which he wouldn't get anywhere else. It's obvious, because there's always white executives who are not creative that come out of nowhere to ruin a show, or schedule it on some weird day of the week, or cancel it... they wound up ruining the show, by offering $50 million and basically turning the show into vaudeville blackface modernized. They didn't understand what he was doing. It's like laughing at the racism because of the superficial absurdity, but not getting the deeper satire and message behind the jokes. Laughing at us instead of with us.

Vlad never has all the info nor does ever stay on the real topic of the convo it doesn't matter that Chappelle is wealthy the point of his fight with CC was he signed a bad deal and they didn't even want to pay him all the money he earned. That $50M was a nice number from the outside looking in but the bigger problem was that he was actually owed MORE than that and they were refusing to pay it he didn't walk away from $50M because that would've been settling he walked away because along with other problems included they weren't going to pay him the MORE than $50M he was owed and along with that now even years later they are still making big dollars off it w/o having paid him what they owed in the 1st place. Idc if Dave is a billionaire the situation between him and CC they are still in the wrong. Vlad is basically saying what a lot of people say about any celeb who had a bad contract "well you signed the deal" lemme tell you something those contracts are written in so much coded language no one who didn't go to college SPECIFICALLY for that will not understand it. There are grown educated people who can't make sense out of all those fine print and $100 words those contracts are littered with, and you think a young person(regardless of color) who's been broke all their life and just making 100K is life changing to them is going to have the smarts to know it's a bad contract? Nah. Also people act like bad contracts don't exist or even anything you sign is illegal. 1. For a contract to be binding both parties have to get something out of it if someone says "I signed a contract saying I have to mow this guys thousand acre land and I got nothing in return." That's not a contract if he didn't mow the land he can't get sued by the guy for breach of contract there was no contract. Dave obviously did get something in return, but he should've gotten more. 2. Even other deals have been so lopsided in one's favor that the contract was broken in court it's called "Unconscionability" "Lack of Capacity" is that ALL parties have to understand exactly what it is they are agreeing to if 1 doesn't then it's reason enough to void the contract. That's a big reason why minors can't sign legal agreements like that w/o parents what 18yr old or younger will fully understand what this room full of million dollar Corporate lawyers are saying to them other than "yes it's great and here's $100K" meanwhile the fine print says "we own you for 10yrs now and even if we make billions of you you're not entitled to anymore than we decide to give you regardless of it's your work...😁" Even then they have parents who sign for them but back to my earlier point what do they know either? How many are educated in THAT area to understand contracts fully? But hey "tHEy SigNEd thE CONtrAcT" People only see a celeb complaining about contracts and think it's not a real issue because all they see is someone they think is terribly rich complaining about not having more money so never actually look into the deeper issue. I mean we all KNOW how Hollywood and Music industry is cold blooded right? I see people saying it all the time yet when a artist who signed a terrible deal when they were poor as hell and young af mention it all I see is "a rich person crying about money" and put all the blame on them like they know so much and would've done it so differently. It's not even about his bank account as Dave said when he mentioned it, but did Vlad jump straight to? "And we're talking about a guy who's already wealthy" that's all he thinks shit is about because he worships money Dave was pointing out how a corporation got over and still is on him THAT'S IT. He didn't say I want my money give me my money, he wants them to do the right thing either stop profiting of me in this fukked up way or make it right.

Just because the President is against your principals doesn't mean you don't have to deal with them. Weather they are democrats or republican u have to in certain positions. To get funding and approval to have organizations u have to go to the top. He needed that funding for his kids and foundation. He went to get it done. He couldn't help he left and dude said let me walk u down. That's like u being at work, you don't like your manager. But u have to deal with him to get your check. U say ok I'll see you later and he says, let me come with u I. The elevator I'm leaving too. That doesn't mean u fricken like him or agreed with him as a person. We as humans to keep jobs or getting through situations, we deal with people we don't like. U don't have to respect him. But honestly it doesn't mean he is a Republican or Trump supporter!

Vlad your idea of a structure deal once signed but what you fail to realize is Dave was forced into a bad deal that his attorneys agreed too. Vlad you would not take that and be ok.
