Can you tell me in English which trains these are? It looks like old Russian diesel trains. And where is that in the Czech Republic?

They are not from Russia. They are Czechoslovak locomotives series 749 and 751, nicknamed Bardotka, which were produced by ČKD PRAHA in the years 1964-1971. In the 1990s, some were retrofitted for electric train set heating and these were redesignated as the 749 series. Unfortunately, due to their age, they are becoming rare.

@@PeMi Thank you very much, I often look at Czech locomotives (and trailers) in Austria - of course I don't see such nostalgic locomotives. I think it's time to go to the Czech Republic ourselves. Thanks for your detailed comment.
