Really like the 200's on tired legs after the 800's. I've done 100's after mile repeats. The geese were watching you ... I've had a fox circle the track during a workout. Fingers crossed for Valencia!

A lot of them! I would be a little bit afraid, they might be aggresive sometimes :) You're right about that "if Valencia will take place" - but I'm optimistic, city itself was saved from that huge distaster, it's still three weeks - cancelling such big event would not help them... I just did my long run two days ago: 31km with last 7km at 4:37/km - I think I will aim at that pace finally, I was thinking about 4:30/km to finish sub 3:10 but I prefer to start slower and finish sub 3:15 in Valencia with smile on my face than start too fast, bonk and finish in 3:20... Tomorrow morning easy run here close to Baltic Sea coast where I am today in my birth place and that will be 80km of weekly mileage. I see you had over 90 - that's a lot! Fingers crossed that we will have good news early next week from Valencia!

@@LeszekDeska great to hear about your training Leszek 😃 I agree with your slightly cautious approach. That surface is so flat and fast though, if your feeling good on the day I'm sure a miracle will happen. Yes let's hope to hear good news next week🤞

Hopefully Valencia still goes ahead for you but it sounds like you have a plan B. You're in great shape.

@@tworunningbrooms thank you, let's see. Let's hope they put the Valencian people first. Then if they want us to turn up and race we will. If not I have a back up which I'll say this week once Valencia decides first.

Nothing crazy at the track, but I was worried about getting chased off wild horses when running in Spain 🫤. Do the Geese not leave the track slippery?

@@paulcollins1098 wild horses must be way scarier than the geese. They crap a bit on the track but not too bad on the lanes actually, haven't slipped yet !
