One of my dreams is to go to Bath and retrace the 'steps' from Jane Austen & Georgette Heyer books. The "Lady Helen" trilogy from Alison Goodman also takes place in Bath. Such a wonderful place. You are DEFINITELY in for a treat with "A Far Wilder Magic" and "She is a Haunting", both recent reads for me.

It's been ages since I last visited Bath. One change (for the better) seems to be that Bath is awash with great bookshops. (I just realized what I said--apologies for the bad pun.) It's too bad you couldn't take time out to visit the prehistoric site of Avebury. It's fascinating and, unlike Stonehenge, no fence so you can get up close to the stones.
