Just a thought...So if Prateek wouldn't have been a localite (from Lucknow) you wouldn't have got married to him.....because then due to distance constraint you would not have been meeting him more frequently and you would have been little sceptical about the family.....Not like that dear...It's just that for everyone it's bit difficult to come out of their comfort zone...and obviously being both houses in the same city has a comfort thing in itself.....but that doesn't mean people who get married and move to other cities find it difficult in socialising....but yes No Offense to what u say....varies from person to person....

Lakhs of young girls follow her and they should see the right direction... If it's about giving respect, she should inform them and go but permission is still a wrong thing. She has all the rights to meet her parents without anybody's permission. I am sure a guy won't take anyone's permission to meet his parents so it all starts from here and these small little things build our culture..
