You need to have one person on one side of the doggie door and one on the other, and push him through the door whether he likes it or not. Just keep going back and forth and give him a treat when he gets pushed through. He is a year old he should know how to do it by now, most learn in a couple of days

Hi Hannah. The thing is he does know how to go through the doggy door. He goes out no problems and used to come in as well. But something has happened to make him scared to come back in (unless Kenai is with him). However, we left him out there this morning and he did come in eventually all by himself. Just have to hope he remembers that he can do it :-).

Hmm if that’s the case I think he may be playing games. Try and just ignore him and let him come in himself. When he is outside and won’t come through just ignore it, he will eventually realise he has 2 choices, stay outside or use the door and come in. Sometimes we just have to be stern with them and touch love :) But that’s what I would do, just ignore

Not sure. I quickly flicked through the video but couldn't find it. It might have been the bird playing in his cage or else Kenai bashing on the doggy door to "help" Koda come through.
