I just want to let you know that you are such an amazing mother and all-around person! You do an amazing job with your children and all of the other 500 things that you seem to be juggling in your busy life. I absolutely love watching all of your videos! You are an absolute joy. My daughter has ADD and had a lot of trouble concentrating on any one task, which caused her to have trouble with school. We did use medicine for her, and it helped her so much. I am not suggesting that you take it. I just wanted to let you know that for us, it worked well. She is grown and no longer takes any medication. She doesn't have your busy life and still gets sidetracked at times, but she is happy and doing well. I wish you only the best in all that you do. Please do what makes your heart happy. 🥰❤

Thank you for your kind words! They are much needed I do feel like I shouldn’t be hard on myself in deciding about meds. And by no means do I think they are bad or wrong. I’m so glad it helped with your daughter! We need to all just relax and slow down and enjoy life 😊 the pressure of go go going gets to us all

Thank you so much for sharing the video of the spawning salmon I've always wanted to see them but I doubt I would have been able to in person I really am impressed with how well you are educating your children and helping them understand the cycle of life

I’m glad you enjoyed that! It was really cool to go see. We are making so many memories homeschooling out here. I have especially a lot of fun with science

Oh my goodness Courtney, my heart goes out to you. My son was diagnosed with Add in his mid 40's and started on Adderall. He is now 53. He said it was like night and day! He has had no side effects and he is very happy that he can function like a "normal" human being. I wish you the very best of luck on making your decision.

Ah that’s what I keep hearing. I may just need to do so after all! I’m so glad it helped your son. And thank you for your kind message 😊

The video of the lake was beautiful. Made me feel peaceful. My children are 32 and 27 yet so much of what you were saying brought up memories for me from the days when they were small and I always felt I wasn't good enough. As far as I know I don't have ADD and I did not homeschool. Be gentle with yourself. You are doing so much and seem to have a great attitude and presence with your children. It's impressive that you get any housework done!!

I never stop moving haha. I’m sure you did a great job when they were young, we all feel mom guilt and mom failure. It’s not easy! I’m glad my video brought you some peace 😊

Such a fun vlog! Loved seeing the LARPing again, and the salmon were so pretty! I totally understand your feelings about being stretched too thin. You can maybe just post videos less frequently if that helps you feel less stressed about them? Sometimes I can only manage 1 per week, sometimes I can't manage any! I just keep trucking along and let myself coast when I need to.

That was the last LARP of the season, we had a lot of fun! The salmon were unreal, it’s sad that they die there though. We’ve learned what an integral part the salmon migration is for the environment. It’s so cool! Ah yes I need to ease back on videos. My problem is that when I have down time I like to edit or film or diamond paint so it’s hard to let that go. But probably over all I would be less stressed if I let some of it go. You’re the best! I think I’ll just stick vlogs out when I can and let it fall on any day. I always love watching yours

I got diagnosed with ADHD just a couple years ago (in my 30s). I decided to try medication right away. My anxieties have gone way down and I went from having chaos thoughts to single-line thinking (if that makes sense) it's not perfect, I still have to use coping mechs and trick myself into doing things, but I've learned to not feel as much guilt for not getting things done and it feels so much better overall.

My husband has it too and that’s what he has said too. I should really go in about it! That’s a good idea to just also not feel so much guild about it. Thanks for your kind words!
