Bhai your vision is good ...but opening soo many verticals together without a set team and cash restrictions will lead to confusion and cash burn...donot drain the ur cash cow bussiness too much that it starts get affecting....build a team gradualy and expand...You are lucky that you have family supporting you

Also we have expanded the team and added valuable additions at all positions, from floor jobs to management and customer support. These calls, however are risky, but at the same time are very strategic. But good insight, we have definitely thought about all you said before implementing
