I completely get the nostalgic feeling when big events happen. I’m trying to get better at it being in the moment to appreciate the things happening in front of me instead of reflecting on the past bc one day I’ll be longing for the memory of those moments of the present day when it’s later down the line you know. recipe i have been doing so often all from trader joe’s: pesto orzo with sausage (i use the trader joe’s jalapeño chicken sausage but the non dairy ones are so good too). literally so easy. brown sausage with garlic and onion if you want. pour orzo in there to brown then add chicken bone broth or veggie broth, add pesto and cherry tomatoes if you want
