Yes, I love me some broccoli and cucumbers. Salad greens never agree with me but I can do cabbage too.

I used LMNT In sparkling water to break my soda addiction. The citrus in bubbly water gave me sprite vibes.

Is your dr saying your suposed to be slightly/barely nauseated always or just the day after shot? If you pee before you weigh ,you'll lose half a pound. Keep up the good work.

Nauseated slightly the first few days or the whole time but not miserable. I haven’t felt anything yet.
