You have explained things very well. Although, I personally never felt whatever you did was wrong. People who commented against what you did, have clearly never worked with ethics or discipline. Most people fail to realize that Discipline is part of love in a normal life. Similarly, for any business discipline is a part of ethics and customer satisfaction. Besides, you all have been leading by example. It's not like you guys act like bosses and not do similar if not more work than your employees. That's a great leadership skill you all have. I'm sure you are someone who sticks to principle and standards of your own, so I'm quite certain you weren't questioning your ethics by comments written against you, but by chance that was ever a case, then no, you did nothing wrong. *I totally agree to your monologue, Parikshit. From my personal experience i 'll tell you, me & my boys from the Unit were on an Operation that was scheduled for 3 days. Situation went south & we were pushed in critical condition for about 17 days (we survived on rice, salt & water all the extra days). We lost blood, flesh & lot more but the mission was successful!
