Hi bro if we will fill air through Air blower in fuel tank i think it should be work to remove dent without any cutting and welding I am 90 percent it will work because we use this technique in bike's to remove dent from petrol tank so if u wish you can try it rest it's upto u you are best I'm nothing so great to give you idea it's just a suggestion came to my mind so i thought i should share with you so i did it God bless you sir and have a great day best of luck 🤞
