Vlog 29 - Denis Rankin Round

This episode covers my recent anti-clockwise FKT (Fastest Known Time) of the Denis Rankin Round.
The route covers 90Km with 6500m of ascent. I completed a clockwise round in 2016 in a time of 19 hours 28 minutes. At the time, it was the 3rd FKT of the round.

Nicely done, did you get a GPX file of the run? I am planning to do it also but my navigation isnt 100% :P Congratulations though- what a solo effort!

Thanks, Paul. You need to recce the route, as there are numerous sections that would be challenging in poor weather conditions. I have a GPS for both directions. The next challenge is to run them faster!!
