Just a few tips for your hair: you should try a wet brush like the Tangle Teezer and start from the ends and work your way up to the roots, otherwise you're just making the tangles tighter. It'll help with breakage, too. And your ends are much drier than the rest, so they need more moisture, otherwise they're gonna split much sooner.
