Oh no problem. My diagnosis was a shock but unfortunately I have had an autoimmune disease (ulcerative colitis) for 15 years which had kept my inflammation marker extremely high and therefore high risk of colon cancer. I’ve been closely monitored for a few years. I believe my diet and lifestyle has kept me as healthy as I could possibly be. Thank-you for your kind words!

I went for 90, the nice blue. Didn’t want to show my feet on camera lol 😂
