This vlog is very important for people with social anxiety and fear of social confrontations, going out alone for shopping, eating, watching movies at the cinema..etc..they feel like they always need a friend to accompany them or else they get embarrassed, people would think the're "lonely" or "friendless", when it's really not the case ! well seeing you enjoying life alone is very inspiring and motivating and i think it's essential for us to learn how to be socially independent and spending time with oneself is defiantly helpful with that, i will go outside more, have fun with myself more, get to know myself more and won't feel awkward for it, because i owe it to myself, we all do, thank you Dasha 💗this is one of my favorite vlogs ever🧡🌻 PS: the part where you pet the doggo 😭😭😭😭😭

Anxiety ppl does prefer went alone outside without friends cs they feel Less anxiety and dont have to talk or interact with friends. Dont even try to manipulate shit up

@@jonathanman8299 first of all take a chill pill man what you mean "mANipUlaTE sHiT up"? anxious people stay HOME most of time, to avoid strangers but they can have few friends it doesn't mean the're lonely all the time, literally no one is LONELY all their life. but they do prefer their interactions to be limited to none existent and i am stating this fact because i am a person with social anxiety myself, so before you talk about a mental issue maybe do some research ? people with anxiety don't like to go out and defiantly NOT if they're alone.

I've been suffering from depression and overweight for too much time that I can't even remember how normal life is, but watching your video made me want to fix stuff and try to change little by little. You really don't know how much it helped me to at least think "Tomorrow I'll try to go out for a walk and maybe go to a park and swing too". I hope you're doing so much better rn. I've been dealing with social anxiety for a very long timet such that it feels like it was like this all the time. But it wasn't. I remember being such a bright kid with no worries about others' opinions. So, it seems something went wrong somewhere. Therefore i wanna believe something also is going to go right and I'm going to be content with myself. Me and you, let's be our most positive and bright selves and just love our own presence!
