You look so refreshed! ☺️ Also I read somewhere that Animals in captivity sometimes display “zoochosis”, which is basically repetitive and anxious behaviors due to being disconnected from nature. It’s possible humans can experience this if we don’t get enough time out in nature. So it might explain why you feel so much more at peace when you’re surrounded by trees and have more time outdoors ☺️

Absolute cute solo trip!! As much as I don't mind being by myself I don't think k I could have done that trip by myself, it was so cute and a nice place to do with my husband!! Loved the vlog!!
