Hi Nozi and community, I just wanted to suggest an alternative to Garmin or Apple watch can also be Hauwei watches, I started with Hauwei with Band 6 (very affordable) works well and compartible with both Android and Apple, however because you are doing HIT workouts it doesn't have extensive variety of workouts so perhaps different Fit 2. I think you can look at other brands too like Samsung etc, I believe compartibility is the same they just vary in charging strength and workout ranges. All the best on the fitness journey bethuna
