you could plant the basil outside! I got a basil plant (mine was from a plant nursery) and put it in a pot and it grew really well outside! you have to trim it when it starts to flower though, and water it regularly (they can dry out if in too hot sun).

Yes food combinations are so important!!! Sugar on top of protein and carbs ferments in your stomach 😳 I also struggle w bloating so I try to eat dessert or have any fun or sugary drinks an hour before or after meals. Congrats on the engament! I have super straight hair and I do the airwrap curls as soon as I get out of the shower with my hair 35% dry and they last for days. Then I go over with a straighner in the wavy parts.

Use the Dae styling cream gel in your hair before air wrap!!! It smells so good and doesn’t feel like normal gel, it helps so much!!

I have very fine hair thats naturally straight and doesn't like to curl at all! I've found that heavy products like oils and texture products weigh my hair down a lot. so I started to use hair foam by aveda that is made for fine hair so its super light and doesn't weigh my hair down but gives just a bit of help to hold a curl better. but ive heard the air wrap has that issue in general!

AIR WRAP TIP!! G, i have the same hair as you girl and its tough getting styles to stay. I don’t have the air wrap but i have the shark and an amazing hair stylist who gives the best tips so i will share my knowledge!! To make curls stay, make sure you do a blowout with product before any style. Whether you use mousse or a style holding spray, Kevin Murphy everlasting blow dry is amazing, it helps hold for much longer. I will do a blow dry, then curl it with the air wrap, then use rollers, use the kevin murphy doo over finishing spray and let them sit while i do my makeup. Then i take them out, style it and do a final spray! (If you dont have rollers you can use your fingers to roll your hair and use bobby pins)

You should try curling your hair with a straightener. My hair has the hardest time holding a curl and the straightener curls stay the best! The Dyson iron is great for this!

Congratulations! I loved the photoshoot footage! You need more moisture in your hair so it can hold curls. Try deep conditioners or hot hair oil treatments. I would ask your hair lady for product recommendations. I hear Olaplex does wonders for hair that is colored frequently.

Its better to use coconut oil if ur cooking with high heat to avoid AGEs, u can add a pinch of salt to get rid of the coconut flavor

I think the hair problems is because of the damage. My hair never stayed when it was heat and color damaged and I have naturally curly hair. But once I cut my hair off and started my healthy hair journey, it stays curled all day and even a few days if I wanted it to. But anyways. Congratulations to you and Max!! I don't know why people who have lived together for a while celebrate an engagement in such a big expensive way, it seems overkill especially hiring someone to take pictures. Is your diamond a lab grown diamond, it looks like it? Pretty. Please consider decreasing the amount of times you touch and or play with your hair.........I bet it is about 50 times a video, very annoying.

I have thin and long bleached hair too, I find it comes out better with lower heat and an actual curling wand. Higher heat or even curled by the salon never stays in! 🩵

Hi Gretchen! Try using a thinner wand like a 1 inch. The curls will hold for longer, and when they fall out your hair won’t go completely straight Also wait until curls have “cooled down” before hairspraying That’s what works for me 🙂
